Tortillas
Ingredients
- 2 c flour (I have used half Whole Wheat and half White with great success)
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 3 Tblsp. Oil
- 3/4 c water
Instructions
- Mix together into a dough
- cut in 8 or 12 pieces
- Roll out as thin as possible
- griddle until they look right

- got a little crunchy at 1/4 corn meal 3/4 bread flour
