Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 2 c flour (I have used half Whole Wheat and half White with great success)
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 3 Tblsp. Oil
  • 3/4 c water

Instructions

  1. Mix together into a dough
  2. cut in 8 or 12 pieces
  3. Roll out as thin as possible
  4. griddle until they look right

  • Mom’s low-salt recipe
  • got a little crunchy at 1/4 corn meal 3/4 bread flour
