Fridge Pickles

Ingredients

  • 3-4lbs cucumbers
  • 2tsp dried dill
  • 1-2T dried onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 16oz water
  • 16oz white vinegar
  • 1/3cup sugar
  • 1/4cup kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumbers into spears. Chops onion and garlic finely. Mix veggies and dill.
  2. Bring remaining ingredients (water, vinegar, sugar, salt) to a boil. Cook until sugar and salt are dissolved.
  3. Pour mixture over veggies. Cool.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 24hr. Store in refrigerator for up to two months.
