Fridge Pickles
Ingredients
- 3-4lbs cucumbers
- 2tsp dried dill
- 1-2T dried onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 16oz water
- 16oz white vinegar
- 1/3cup sugar
- 1/4cup kosher salt
Instructions
- Cut cucumbers into spears. Chops onion and garlic finely. Mix veggies and dill.
- Bring remaining ingredients (water, vinegar, sugar, salt) to a boil. Cook until sugar and salt are dissolved.
- Pour mixture over veggies. Cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 24hr. Store in refrigerator for up to two months.
