Einspänner Cream

Ingredients

1/4c heavy whipping cream
2T sugar
1/8t salt
1/8t cocoa powder

Instructions

Whip cream, sugar, and salt
Spoon over coffee (iced or hot, drip or espresso)
Dust with cocoa
