Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 c oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c nuts, chopped
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a bowl
- Add the egg, sugar, and oil, mix
- Add the rest of the ingredients, mix
- Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes
