Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 c oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a bowl
  2. Add the egg, sugar, and oil, mix
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, mix
  4. Bake at 350°F for 50-55 minutes
