Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • (2) 14oz. cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 1c parmesan cheese
  • 8oz shredded mozarella cheese
  • 1c mayonaise
  • 1t garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Spoon into 9” glass casserole dish.
  4. Bake 25-30min.
  5. Serve hot with crackers (Triscuits preferred) or bread.
