Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5c cream
  • 1/2c grated Parmesean
  • 6 grinds black pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 baby bell mushrooms, sliced
  • 1c peas

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, cream, parmesan, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Sautée mushrooms.
  3. Add garlic and peas.
  4. Lower heat, and add egg-cream mixture to pan.
  5. Cook on low, stirring occasionally, until tickened.

Notes

  • Makes enough for 1/2 sleeve of spaghetti.
