Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1.5c cream
- 1/2c grated Parmesean
- 6 grinds black pepper
- pinch of salt
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 baby bell mushrooms, sliced
- 1c peas
Instructions
- Mix eggs, cream, parmesan, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Sautée mushrooms.
- Add garlic and peas.
- Lower heat, and add egg-cream mixture to pan.
- Cook on low, stirring occasionally, until tickened.
Notes
- Makes enough for 1/2 sleeve of spaghetti.
